IT Support - Required to provide technical support to Customer Services. Web Copy Writer - Required to write different kinds of copy to appear on the Ffosyffin Brewery site. An expert level of spelling, punctuation and grammar is a must for this job.
Brand Co-ordinator - Required to build, develop and enhance the company brand and site. The successful candidate for this role will have vast experience in managing and developing company sites for similar sized businesses.

Admin jobs
Data entry clerk - Required to handle accounts. This role requires a high level of concentration in addition to intermediate computer skills and excellent time keeping skills. A friendly personality, a desire to work hard and a fun sense of humour are also essential for this role.
Initial receptionist - Required to answer phones and greet clients. This role requires a friendly attitude, the ability to stay calm in a crisis and an excellent phone manner with all customers. The ability to get on with a wide range of people is also essential!
Admin executive - Required to execute basic admin tasks. For this career opportunity you'll need fantastic organisational skills, the ability to work hard individually or as part of a team and a first class phone manner.

Sales opportunities
Customer Services Personnel - Required to provide support and help to customers. Successful candidates must have great people skills in abundance and must stand out for all the right reasons when dealing with conflict. Key skills include dealing with customers, answering phone queries and replying to customer emails.
Sales Administrator - Required to call customers and sell products. Candidates must be experienced at making outgoing calls to customers as well as handling inbound queries. Although preferable, previous sales experience is not essential.
Sales Supervisor - Required to manage, motivate and employ a competitive sales team. For this role, candidates will need to have good people skills, be experienced at managing tricky sales teams, be able to work to tight deadlines and be able to meet targets.
